Vanishing Peanut Butter Bars

If you like peanut butter and chocolate then these cool creamy bars are sure to please but get one right away or they may disappear while your back is turned. In fact, that is why there is no pretty finished photo, there was nothing left to photograph.
This is a take on a friend's dessert, Monica brought these to a potluck years ago and they truly vanished in a very short time. I had to give the crust a make over so my son and I can eat it since we can't have wheat, but this version didn't lose anything in the redo.
List of ingredients
Crust:
3/4 cup butter, melted
2 oz. semi sweet chocolate, melted with butter
1 1/2 cups flour (all-purpose or white spelt )
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Mix all the crust ingredients and press into a 9x13 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Filling:
2 8oz. packages cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat until fluffy. Spread onto chilled crust.
Refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
Glaze:
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate
6 tablespoons butter
Melt chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth.
Spread evenly on chilled peanut butter mixture.
Chill until set 30 minutes or more. Lift gently by parchment paper to remove from pan.

Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
